Learn the Quran at home with certified teachers, around your child's UK school routine.
Looking for trusted online Quran classes in Birmingham that work around school, work and busy family life? Al-Ilm Online Islamic Institute brings the Holy Quran into your home with live, one-to-one lessons for children and adults, guided by qualified male and female Quran teachers. Birmingham has one of the largest Pakistani and Kashmiri Muslim communities in the UK, and for many families online Quran learning is a calmer, more focused alternative to a crowded after-school madrasah, with full one-to-one attention.
From the Arabic alphabet and Noorani Qaida to fluent Quran reading with proper pronunciation, Tajweed rules and complete Hifz, every student follows a plan built around their level. Lessons are in English, with Urdu available for parents who prefer it. Start with a free trial class, meet the teacher first, and pay only once you are satisfied.
Why Choose Online Quran Classes in Birmingham?
Between the school run, homework and long Birmingham commutes, getting children to a physical madrasah on time is hard for many parents. Online Quran classes solve this: your child learns privately over live video, on a schedule that fits UK life, with a teacher you choose and a parent free to sit in.
- A focused one-to-one alternative to a busy after-school madrasah
- Certified male and female teachers, female tutor free on request
- After-school and weekend slots on UK time (GMT/BST)
- Learn from any Birmingham borough, no travel in the dark or cold
- A safe, comfortable learning environment at home
A Focused Alternative to the After-School Madrasah
Many Birmingham children attend a local madrasah a few evenings a week, often in large groups where each child gets only a few minutes of the teacher's attention. Al-Ilm offers something different: a dedicated one-to-one lesson where the teacher hears every letter your child recites and corrects pronunciation and Tajweed on the spot. It is not about replacing the mosque community, but giving your child the focused attention that helps them truly progress.
Because lessons are online, there is no travel after a long school day, no waiting in the cold winter evenings, and no missed classes when life gets busy. Parents receive regular progress reports, so you always know exactly how your child is advancing in reading, Tajweed and memorization of the Quran.
